Humanities & Sciences Technology Services provides Information Technology services and support to faculty, staff and students within the College of Humanities & Sciences. These services include troubleshooting and repair of computers owned by Humanities & Sciences, application installation and troubleshooting, administration of numerous file, print and application servers, limited support for scientific instruments and . . . no, we won't come to your house.
Request Help
If you are contacting us regarding a problem with your computer, please have the following information ready:
- the computer's physical location (Building & Room Number)
- the Humanties & Sciences Inventory Number (located on a white sticker labelled "Property of College of Humanities & Sciences)
- complete text of error message(s), if any
- a thorough description of the problem symptoms
